Refunds

All our pieces are made with longevity in mind, but due to the nature of the products they are delicate. Without proper care and storage, gems and crystals are vulnerable to come loose and should not be left in the care of unattended children at any time. The Roseings London collection is not suitable for children under 36 months. 

UK RETURNS
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, you have up to 14 days from receiving the item to inform us at info@roseingslondon.com. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return. We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy. Damaged items must not have been worn and returned in their original packaging. Once received, Roseings London will inspect the product and inform you whether you are eligible for a refund. 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. At this time, the cost of the returns must be paid by the customer
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to return or exchange headbands, hair clips, hair ties or earrings, with the exception of damaged on arrival. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
As above, for any eligible returns, please ensure you state on any customs documentation that the retail value is zero, we do not accept returns which require any custom charges.
We recommend using a tracking service and all shipping costs are of the responsibility of the buyer. Please note, original international custom taxes and sales charges will not be refunded.

SALE ITEMS OR GIFT CARDS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
